How do I get a Group Library?

Go to Service Desk Portal and raise a request for a Group Library. Please provide a name for the Group Library that will be seen by all members. Once the Group Library is created you will be notified.

Then go to Profile > Manage Group Library in the casenoter application. Members of your group library can be added here.

If you wish to transfer ownership of the group library to another user then you can do so in the Profile > Manage Group Library screen.

How do I insert content into a Matter from a matter?

Using "Insert Content" menu you can select which type of content to insert and then choose from the dropdown list of items.
